The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.14) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped western part width of Passage Road at Henbury in the City of Bristol.

This is to enable development as permitted by Bristol City Council under reference 22/00614/F.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/ S247/5837). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Henbury Library, Crow Lane, Henbury, Bristol, BS10 7DR.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 16 July 2026.
