NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 20(2)

(Publicity where an Environmental Statement is submitted after the planning application)

This notice concerns where an application for planning permission has been made without an Environmental Statement and the Applicant proposes to submit such a statement.

CORRIGENDUM: This notice replaces the similar notice published in this newspaper on 3rd July 2026. It includes the subject planning application was submitted to Buckinghamshire Council and clarifies the arrangements for submitting comments on the planning application and Environmental Statement.

Proposed development on Land South of London Road, Beaconsfield.

We give notice that the Applicants Redrow Homes (on behalf of BDW Trading Ltd) and the Honourable Jenefer Anne Farncombe, Neil John Wingerath and H.B. Trustees Limited (‘The Hall Barn Estate’) have applied to Buckinghamshire Council for outline planning permission for up to 170 homes (C3) including 50% affordable housing served via a new vehicular / cycle / pedestrian access from Hedgerley Lane along with emergency / pedestrian / cycle access from London Road; landscaping; open space, earthworks drainage; car parking and all ancillary and enabling works – means of access for consideration with all other matters reserved for subsequent approval.

The application was submitted to the Council on 30th March 2026 and the application reference is PL/26/02613/OA.

A copy of the application for planning permission, accompanying plans and other documents, may be inspected by members of the public at the following website: https://publicaccess.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/online-applications

The Environmental Statement will be submitted to the Council today, Friday 10th July. The Environmental Statement and the planning application will be available for viewing online (see web link above) and a physical copy will also be made available for public inspection at Beaconsfield Library until 9th August 2026.

Comments may also be sent in writing with the planning application reference marked to Buckinghamshire Council Planning Department, Wycombe Area Office, Queen Victoria Rd, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP11 1BB.
