Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning application for development in the Borough, which is hereby advertised.

THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE
FOLLOWING REASONS:
(1) Major Development (2) Affects a Public Right of Way
• Land off Kings Drive and Marjoram Road, Bradwell: Variation of Conditions 2, 8(b), 12, 18, 22, 24, 25, of pp 06/23/0669/F (Erection of 29 dwellings, access, parking and associated works) – Amendments to approved plans to change housing designs, sizes and materials, adjust the layout of Plot 14, change the location of some house types, and replace some houses with bungalows, with associated amendments to surface water drainage scheme. Application No 06/26/0298/VCF (1)
• Land South of Meadowland Drive, Bradwell: Variation of Conditions 2, 7(b), 14, 15, 20, 24, 25 of pp 06/23/0056/F (Erection of 77 dwellings, access, parking and associated works) – Amendments to approved plans to change housing designs, sizes and materials, rearrange the site layout and position of bungalows, and replace some houses with bungalows, with associated alterations to surface water drainage scheme. Application No 06/26/0299/VCF (1,2)
