Request under Section 106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to modify planning obligations entered into pursuant to planning permission reference EDC/17/0048 on financial viability grounds in respect of changes to obligations relating to Affordable Housing (Schedule 3), Retail (Schedule 8), On Site Transport(Schedule 9), and Off-site Transport Improvements (Schedule 10).
