26/41933/FUL - Land At Yarnfield Park Yarnfield Lane Yarnfield - Construction of 38 no. affordable homes, new access off Hayeswater Grove, landscaping and associated works.
The proposed developments are classed as major developments and accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area.
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS ACT) 1990
Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings.
26/42025/FUL - Sandon House Sandon Bank Sandon - Conversion of existing outbuilding into residential dwelling.
Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 5 August 2026.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 5 August 2026.
