Proposed development at Old Town Hall, 15 De Winton Street, Tonypandy, Rhondda Cynon Taf, CF40 2QU

I give notice that Mr Simon Morris is applying to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for planning permission for the Conversion of existing building into 18 residential apartments and commercial spaces at ground & basement levels.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the local authority at Floor2, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH by 4/8/26 or within 21 days beginning with the date of publication.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, and any other documents submitted with it at the local authority during all reasonable hours until the date stated above, and online on the local authority website.
