What is planned?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
• 2026/0394/FUL Flats 1-38 And 39-70 Doughty's Court, LN5 7TR: External alterations to add 4no. new roof openings including 3no. automatic smoke ventilation roof windows and 1no. louvred smoke vent at existing roof levels above existing internal stair/lift enclosures.
• 2026/0409/LBC The Stable Block, Winnowsty Lane: Replacement of existing slate roofing. (Listed Building Consent)
• 2026/0415/LBC Lincoln Crown Court, Castle Hill: Replacement of defective lead roof coverings, renewal of associated flashings and rooflights, improvement of roof insulation, ventilation and moisture-control measure and stabilisation/ re-bedding of loose or de-bonded parapet stones. (Listed Building Consent)
• 2026/0414/LBC & 2026/0413/FUL Flats 1-38 And 39-70 Doughty's Court, LN5 7TR: External alterations for replacement uPVC windows from aluminium windows to east, west and south elevations. (Listed Building Consent)
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
