NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION
Notice is hereby given that Derbyshire Dales District Council has certified, in accordance with Article 3 of the above Order, that the alternative highway described in Part 2 of the Schedule to the Order, and shown by bold black dashes on the Order map, has been created to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council.
The Public Footpath Diversion Order was made on 18 May 2021 and confirmed as unopposed.
The diversion takes legal effect on the date of certification, being 01 July 2026.
The diverted route relates to Public Footpath No. 12 (part), Hulland Ward, between Point A and Point D on Moss Lane, as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Certification may be inspected free of charge at Derbyshire Dales District Council offices by prior appointment.
