Formation of a parking area for two vehicles with associated hard and soft landscaping works.

Single storey rear extension and associated works.

8 Mill Lane, Ewell, Surrey

Hip-to-gable roof extension with Dutch gables and a rear flat-roof dormer. Installation of front-facing conservation roof lights and solar panels on the roof slopes. Single-storey rear infill extension, enclosure of the existing recessed entrance to form a new porch, and insertion of ground floor side windows. Provision of obscure-glazed side windows serving the loft en-suites and stairwell, along with the installation of external fan/condenser units at the ground floor level and internal alterations.

Representations will not be acknowledged until after an application has been determined. Late representations cannot normally be taken into consideration.
