NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012
Development at: TY’R CECIL FARM HOUSE, Bournville Road, Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent, NP13 3EU.
I give notice that: Alan Thomas is applying to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for planning permission for PROPOSED CONVERSION OF EXISTING STONE BARN TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION AS RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION ASWELL AS LANDSCAPING AND SERVICES.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application land is situated.
The application may affect a Public Right of Way (to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 [public rights of way] applies).
Anyone who wishes to submit comments about this application should write to the Council at the following email address planning@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk or to General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN within 21 days from the date at the bottom of this notice, quoting the application ref no. P/2026/0121.
Please note that whilst correspondence and information can be deposited at the reception desk at the General Offices, a meeting with an officer or representative from the Planning Department is strictly by appointment only.
Any comments you make will be taken into account when the application is decided.
