Land east of the A34 and South of A555, Handforth, Cheshire.
Take notice that application is being made by:
Cheshire East Council, Economic Development Service
For permission to undertake a non-material change to an existing planning permission.
Non-material amendment to planning permission 19/0623M for a new mixed-use settlement comprising outline permission for around 1,500 new homes (Class C3), employment uses (Use Classes B1 & B2), a mixed-use local (village) centre (Classes A1 - A5, B1(a), C1, C2, C3, D1 & D2), green infrastructure and associated infrastructure; and full permission for initial preparation and infrastructure works (ground remediation, re-profiling, highways, drainage, utilities, replacement A34 bridge and other associated infrastructure).

‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
