Warrington - Changes to Off-Street Parking Charges & Civil Enforcement Order

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The Borough of Warrington (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 4) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:

1. The Borough of Warrington (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2024 as amended by The Borough of Warrington (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 1) Order 2025, is hereby further varied or amended in so far as it relates to Schedules 2, 3, 4 & 6 by a variation of charges at The Forge/ Winwick St/Car Park ‘A’ Town Hall/Davies Way/Henry St/Pepper St/Time Square Multi-Storey/Time Square Surface Level/Birchwood Train Station/Warrington West Train Station Car Parks as follows:-

The Forge Car Park

Existing:

Pay & Display:

9:00am to 14:59pm:

• 0–15 mins – Free
• 15 mins–3 hours – £1.40
• Over 3 hours (return anytime up to 10pm) – £2.70

3:00pm to 10:00pm:

• 0–30 mins – Free
• Over 30 mins (return anytime up to 10pm) – £1.40
