What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

Copper Beeches, Heathside Park Road, Woking. PLAN/2026/0420/HD: Erection of a single storey rear extension with adjoining replacement rear canopy.

13 Saunders Lane, Woking. PLAN/2026/0483/HD: Formation of a front gable roof extension and bay window, erection of a single storey rear extension, raising of existing ridge height (to provide habitable rooms within the roof space), proposed side dormer window and insertion of side rooflights, extension of front hardstanding, following removal of existing chimney, demolition of the existing conservatory and garage(Retrospective application for increased eaves height and fenestration alterations).

Any representations should be submitted within 21 days from the date of this notice.
