TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2017: NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 21
Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment report (EIA report) has been submitted by North Lanarkshire Council in respect of a planning application for the following: ‘Creation of a New Single-carriageway Road Link Including Associated Junction Improvements, Earthworks, Drainage, Lighting, Landscaping, Signage & Environmental Mitigations on Land to East of Airdrie, North of the M8 (A723/Newhouse Interchange)to the A73 North of Stand/Riggend’
The EIA report can be inspected online at: https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/planningand- building and by following the links to ‘planning applications’ and ‘view and comment on planning applications’ and by entering the reference number 26/00766/FUL into the search box. Any representations to the application should be submitted within 30 days of the date of this notice to one of the following:
• the planning portal as per the link above
• the Head of Planning and Regeneration at Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell, ML1 1AB or
• by email to planningenquiry@northlan.gov.uk,
Written or emailed representations should be dated, clearly stating the name and full return email and postal address of those making representations.

• approval of the application with or without conditions;
• refuse permission.
