Thanet District Council as local planning authority has received the following
applications which:-
a) In the opinion of the district planning authority affects the character or
appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building,
in accordance with section 67 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
And/or
b) Relates to a Listed Building [Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings
and Buildings in Conservation Areas) Regulations 1987].

Representations (*) must be received by 7 August 2026

Council Offices;
2. Copies of representation are available on the Council’s website with
telephone number, email address and signatures removed.
3. In the event of an appeal being lodged copies of representations will be
forwarded to The Planning Inspectorate.
For all householder applications (FH prefix), in the event of an appeal against
a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of
representations in writing, any representations made about this application
will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity
to comment at appeal stage.
