I give notice that on 18 October 2021 L&Q Estates Ltd applied to Cherwell District Council for planning permission for “OUTLINE – Residential development for up to 250 dwellings including affordable housing and ancillary uses including retained Local Wildlife Site, public open space, play areas, localised land remodelling, compensatory flood storage, structural planting and access” and further information has been provided in relation to an environmental statement. The original application was supported by an Environmental Statement. The following additional information has been received:-

Please be advised that details of the application may be amended at any time before a final decision is issued, therefore you are advised to monitor the application’s progress via the Online Planning Service where amended plans will be posted. I give notice that Peveril Securities Limited have applied to Cherwell District Council on 01 June 2026 for planning permission for “Discharge of Conditions 17 (pedestrian connection), 20 (Written Scheme of Investigation) and 23 (fire hydrants) of 23/01080/OUT”, and the application was accompanied by an environmental statement.
