5. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Variation of conditions 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 imposed on RR/2019/1624/P relating to site layout and landscaping. Brickwall Hotel - Land Adjacent The Green, Sedlescombe. RR/2026/0693/RVC
6. Proposed recovering of existing attached outbuilding and insertion of 2no conservation rooflights to north roof slope. Building to be used as artists studio. Spilsteads Northiam Road, Staplecross, Ewhurst. RR/2026/0691/LBC

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 4 and 5 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 2, 3 and 6 above.

The proposed development in respect of 4 above affects a public right of way.
