What is planned?

EIA Regulations 2017

In accordance with Regulation 20 of the EIA Regulation 2017 the Applicant, Mac Mic Strategic Land Limited, submitted a planning application for development accompanied by an Environmental Statement to Wiltshire Council on 9?? April 2026.

The application: PL/2026/02134 Outline planning permission for up to 315 dwellings with associated access and infrastructure including Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace. All matters are reserved except for access at Land North and South of Stones Lane, and North of Malmesbury Road, Cricklade, SN6 6JP.

A copy of the planning application including accompanying plans and other documents, and a copy of the Environmental Statement can be viewed online at www.wiltshire.gov.uk using the above reference number or are available for inspection at Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN during office hours until 8?? August 2026. A printed copy of the Environmental Statement can be purchased for £2,000 whilst copies last by emailing nicky.brock@carterjonas.co.uk or writing to Mrs N Brock, Carter Jonas, Mayfield House, 256 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DE with a cheque made payable to ‘Carter Jonas’.
