TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017

Notice under Regulation 30 of the above Regulations for the approval of Full planning applications of which the applications have been made in support of the Orsted Hornsea Project Three onshore export cable route and were accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

I give notice that on 30 June 2026 South Norfolk Council granted planning permission on 2024/1478 at Land West of Burnthouse Farm, Burnthouse Lane, Little Melton, Norfolk, 2024/1479 for Land South Of Little Melton Road, Little Melton, Norfolk and 2025/2931 for Land South of Mangreen, Swardeston, Norfolk to Orsted Hornsea Project Three (UK) Ltd for Installation of pre-construction field drainage to support the operation of the Hornsea Project Three onshore export cable route (EIA Development).

Members of the Public may inspect a copy of the decision notice, together with the officer’s delegated report at South Norfolk Council, The Horizon Centre, Broadland Business Park, Peachman Way, Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk/
