What is planned?

SOUTH DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL

The Council has under consideration the following application:

Ref: DMPA/2026/0329 (Affects a Conservation Area) Replace old windows, with Residence 9 windows at Pool Farm Cottage, B587 From Robinsons Hill to County Boundary, Melbourne

Ref: DMPA/2026/0491 (Major Development & Affects a Conservation Area) Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) to vary the design & layout of the sports pavilion, surrounding landscaping & to include roof canopies on paddle courts of permission ref. DMPA/2023/0700 relating to change of use of a field from agriculture to education & the creation of 2 3G football pitches with the associated floodlighting & fencing, the erection of a changing room pavilion building with tiered spectator seating, the erection of 4 Padel Tennis courts (2 covered), the relocation & extension of an existing groundman's maintenance shed & the creation of a new car park area with the associated lighting & EV charging points & improved vehicular access road at Repton School, Workshop Latham House, Tanners Lane, Repton

Ref: DMPA/2026/0518 (Major Development & EIA Development) The variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of permission ref. DMPA/2023/0970 (a reserved matters application to outline planning reference: DMPA/2020/1460) at Land at Riverside Parcel (Phase 2), Former Drakelow Powerstation, Walton Road

Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire. gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays).

This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, all representations received become documents, which the public has a right to read and copy.
