The following applications have been received by the Council and are
required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/26/101020/MAJOR Central Park Montrose Avenue Wigan WN5 9XL.
Installation of temporary modular classroom block on the multi-use
games area.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located
within a Conservation Area: Wigan Town Centre.
A/26/101031/FULL Lloyds Bank 6 Market Street Wigan WN1 1JN.
Installation of new shopfront glazing, new ATMs, defibrillator unit and roller
shutter door to main entrance. A planning application has been made to
Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would
affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
