I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

36 St Georges Crescent Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 26/00826/FULH
Mr and Mrs Alex and Jordan May is applying for planning permission for Two storey side extension with gable end, to replace existing side extensions. Single storey side and rear extensions, including part demolition of existing garage. 2no. pitched roof dormers to rear roof slope, to replace existing single dormer. 4no. roof lights to front roof slope. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area to which the land to which the application relates is situated
