Proposal: Variation of Conditions 31 (Hours of Operation) and 34 (Use Classes) of planning permission 19/01970/FUL dated 08/03/2021 to allow E(g)(ii) (research and development) uses permanently, introduce additional flexible use classes for a temporary period of five years, and enable 24-hour operation

Location: Gardner Shaw Cash and Carry, 12 Thames Road, Barking, Barking And Dagenham, IG11 0HZ.
