Take Notice that application is being made by: Gladman Developments Limited For Outline Planning Permission for the erection of up to 280 dwellings, including affordable housing, with public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS) and access. All mailers reserved except for access.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: North Northamptonshire Council, Sheerness House, 41 Meadow Road, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN16 8TL

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
