AT: 87 Regent Street Waddington BB7 3JA. FOR: Planning permission for
replacement of three timber windows on front elevation with three white PVCu sash windows. Application number: 3/2026/0391
The following application/s affect a Public Right of Way BW28 in the Parish of Bowland:- AT: High Head Barn Moss Lane Chipping PR3 2TR. FOR: Proposed Change of use of existing buildings from cheese manufacture to a welding and fabrication workshop (Use Class B2) and change of use of land and erection of a storage building for use in association with an agricultural contracting business (Use Class B8). Application number: 3/2026/0310

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision.
