PRE-APPLICATION COMMUNITY CONSULTATION


PROPOSAL: Retrospective application for the erection of agricultural building and associated
underground tank, silo, concrete hardstanding, tank for dirty water collection, silage clamp and
proposed landscaping.  The proposal includes use of the existing access onto Damhill Road, proposed
passing bays along Damhill Road and all other ancillary site works
LOCATION: Lands approximately 89m north of No. 59 Cottage Road, Lurgan, BT67 9ND including
access laneway between the site and Damhill Road, adjoining at approximately 80 metres north of
No. 46 Damhill Road.  Lands from the access point onto Damhill Road to the north-west to the
junction between Damhill Road and Kilmore Road.  Lands from the access point onto Damhill Road to
the south-east to the junction between Damhill Road and Ballymagin Road.
EVENT: A pre-application community consultation event will take place on Thursday 23 rd July 2026
between 16:00 - 19:00 at St. Patrick’s Hall, 148a Lurgan Road, Magheralin, BT67 0QR.
WEBSITE: A pre-application community consultation website for the proposal will be live from 23 rd
July 2026 and will remain there until 23 rd August 2026 inclusive. The website can be viewed at

be submitted via the website.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to Armagh, Banbridge and
