Notice under Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for submission of additional environmental information in relation to a planning application accompanied by an Environmental Statement
Application Reference: DCC/4424/2025
Proposed development on land south-west of Penslade Cross, Hillhead Quarry Complex, Uffculme, Devon EX16 7LE.
I give notice that Aggregate Industries UK Ltd applied for planning permission for Proposed extension of Hillhead quarry for the winning and working of sand and gravel with restoration using imported inert fill, inclusive of a new internal haul road and the retention of the existing mineral processing facilities on 18 February 2025 and that the application was accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES).
The Mineral Planning Authority has recently received further information in relation to the application as a result of its first request under Regulation 25 of the above mentioned regulations.
This additional information related to Veteran Tree Assessment.
