Application affects the setting of a Listed Building in a Conservation Area
26/P/1245/S73 - Section 73 application to vary condition 1 (plans) attached to permission 20/P/1435/FUH (Demolition of rear extensions, conservatory and garage, and replacement with a two-storey rear extension with basement and associated external alterations. Conversion of loft into living accommodation with the addition of 2no. dormer windows and 2no. rooflights. New vehicular access from Church Road and blocking of existing entrances with matching stone. Erection of a car port) as amended by 21/P/1779/MMA, 22/P/0102/MMA, 25/P/2051/FUL and 26/P/0077/S73, to allow for amendments to the proposed design of the car port and workshop to include: increasing the ground floor area and a reduction to the first floor area, introduction of a stone-faced gable end to the East elevation and re-positioning of the pitched roof. Reinstatement of historic character and features through including the editing and removal of later interventions where detracting from the significance or architectural character of the building, and the reinstatement of original features where lost at Gatcombe Court, Gatcombe Lane, Flax Bourton.
