We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LBC – Application No. 13/2026/0093 - Pool Park Estate, Pool Park, Ruthin – Conversion of redundant Bothy and potting shed store to form a holiday accommodation unit, installation of a septic tank and associated works.
LBC – Application No. 03/2026/0264 – Fron Deg, Abbey Road, Llangollen - Conversion of front bathroom into a study, creating a new bathroom in existing back bedroom.
