Ref: 16299/APP/2026/338. Proposed development at: Former Wickes and Halfords, Land off Harefield Road, Uxbridge I give notice that Avison Young is applying for Planning Permission for: Variation of Condition 10 (Turning Loading/Sightlines), Condition 12 (Materials) and Condition 23 (Cycle Parking) of planning permission reference 16299/APP/2025/1073 dated 29-01-2026 for ‘Variation of Condition 11 (Turning Loading Facilities/Sightlines and Parking), Condition 13 (Materials), Condition 16 (Hours of Operation), and Condition 24 (Cycle Parking) of planning permission reference 16299/APP/2023/3691, dated 23-12-2024 for the ‘Variation of Condition 7 (Landscape Scheme), Condition 10 (Accessible Car Parking), Condition 11 (Car Parking), Condition 13 (materials), Condition 17 (Hours of Delivery), and Condition 23 (Use of Site) of planning permission reference 16299/R/93/0504, dated 14.01.94 (‘Redevelopment of site with two units for non-food retail purposes including service and access from Warwick Place and public access via Harefield Road’), to allow for a change of operation and type of goods sold; amend hours of deliveries; reduce the number of car parking spaces; and amendments and reconfiguration to layout (no increase in floorspace).’ Amendments seek to extend hours of operation, remove 75 sq.m. extension, and alter the building facades, cycle parking, and landscape.’ Amendments seek to alter the car parking, cycle parking and roof colour.

Proposed development at: Dc5 & Dc6 Stockley Park Iron Bridge Road, West Drayton I give notice that Savills is applying for Planning Permission for: Partial deconstruction and adaptation of the existing buildings, including the installation of new gantry decks to accommodate MEP plant, a substation and fire suppression infrastructure, together with associated alterations to the site layout and ancillary works. The proposed development is subject to an Environment Impact Assessment (Notice under Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017).

(Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Harlington Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 64329/APP/2026/1455 8 St John’s Close, Uxbridge. Proposal: Erection of outbuilding to rear garden for use as a granny annexe. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Uxbridge Moor Conservation Area).
