2026/0293/FUL and 2026/0294/LBC: Bird In Hand, Main Road, Austrey, CV9 3EB. Planning and Listed Building Consent for single storey outbuilding in rear garden and replacement of the existing UPVC window in the roadside gable with timber window. Reason: Affects Setting of Listed Building.
2026/0436/OUT: Land off Stonebridge Road, Coleshill Interchange, Coleshill. Outline planning application with all matters reserved save for access for the demolition of existing buildings, engineering and earthworks to create highway infrastructure and development plateaus, and the development of the Site for advanced manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial uses (Use Classes B2/B8/E(g) (iii)), ancillary offices and research and development (Use Classes E(g)(ii) and (iii)), together with associated service yards and parking, a training hub (Use Class F1), lorry parking and driver welfare facilities, drainage, landscaping and open space including provision of a sensory garden.
