The following applications have been received by the Council, details can be viewed and any comments made online via www.northwarks.gov.uk/planningappsearch 

2026/0293/FUL and 2026/0294/LBC: Bird In Hand, Main Road, Austrey, CV9 3EB. Planning and Listed Building Consent for single storey outbuilding in rear garden and replacement of the existing UPVC window in the roadside gable with timber window. Reason: Affects Setting of Listed Building.

2026/0436/OUT: Land off Stonebridge Road, Coleshill Interchange, Coleshill. Outline planning application with all matters reserved save for access for the demolition of existing buildings, engineering and earthworks to create highway infrastructure and development plateaus, and the development of the Site for advanced manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial uses (Use Classes B2/B8/E(g) (iii)), ancillary offices and research and development (Use Classes E(g)(ii) and (iii)), together with associated service yards and parking, a training hub (Use Class F1), lorry parking and driver welfare facilities, drainage, landscaping and open space including provision of a sensory garden. Details of principal access off Coleshill Heath Road roundabout submitted for approval. All other matters of detail reserved for subsequent approval including final details of internal access road, access to individual plots and access to sensory garden. Reason: Major Application.

2026/0465/FUL: Rose Cottage, Seckington Lane, Newton Regis, B79 0ND. Change of use of land from paddock (agricultural) to domestic curtilage. Reason: Affects Setting of Conservation Area.

2026/0466/HH and 2026/0477/LBC: Over Whitacre House, Nuneaton Road, Furnace End, B46 2NJ. Planning and Listed Building Consent for external refurbishment works consisting of remedial fenestration and roof works. Reason: Affects Setting of Listed Building.

2026/0469/LBC: 21 Market Street, Atherstone, CV9 1ET. Listed Building Consent for the installation of a new dogleg softwood staircase from the first floor to the second floor in the location of an earlier staircase. Associated works include structural strengthening of ceiling joists, lime plaster repairs, insulation to the roof void, reinstatement of a blocked rear window, installation of a salvaged cast iron fireplace surround, careful conservation of a surviving Victorian stoneware sanitary 'slop hopper', and general repair and redecoration of the second floor throughout.

2026/0479/HH: Greensleeves, Tamworth Road, Fillongley, CV7 8DZ. Single storey rear extension incorporating a garage conversion and internal reconfigurations. Reason Affects public right of way.
