NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
Woking College, Rydens Way, Old Woking, Woking. PLAN/2026/0467/ML: Erection of a spectator sport stand to the existing football pitch.
Trevarrick, Old Avenue, West Byfleet. PLAN/2026/0485/ML: Erection of a rear garden room to replace existing conservatory.
Griffin House, Knowl Hill, Woking. : PLAN/2026/0459 Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of application PLAN/2023/1039 (Erection of two-storey side extensions, single storey rear extension and porch roof with pillars. Raising of roof height with rear dormer. Erection of a triple garage and office/ storage at roof level with link extension to host dwelling following partial demolition of existing detached garage) for amendments to the fenestration, and to approved garage including changes to the approved footprint and repositioning, raising of the approved ridge height and addition of a roof dormer to the rear elevation.
