Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/00846 and 00847/LBC: HEADLEY HALL HEADLEY GROVE HEADLEY KT18 6NR: Proposed works to rear boundary wall and gates to include additional fencing and replacement gates.
MO/2026/00866: HIGHLANDS VINCENT LANE DORKING RH4 3HF: Existing internal floor of the northern extension on the first floor to be removed and replaced with a new suspended timber floor.
MO/2026/00869 & 00870/ADV: 185 HIGH STREET DORKING RH4 1RU: Alterations to shop front and erection of 1 No. non-illuminated fascia sign.
MO/2026/00871: HEADLEY HALL HEADLEY GROVE HEADLEY KT18 6NR: Proposed replacement of current all weather Tennis Court with Padel Court with tree screening.
MO/2026/00874: ST JOHNS SCHOOL EPSOM ROAD LEATHERHEAD KT22 8SP: Strip out fittings and services to existing changing rooms to create three classrooms including making good to existing services and openings in walls, redundant drainage removed and internal manholes adjusted level with new floor finish, open up fireplaces in MAI_G59 and G60 and refurbish, replace door and infill panel with new aluminium framed acoustic glazed screen below existing fanlight, and new fixtures and fittings throughout. Form an opening in the wall between two adjacent ground floor rooms with a sliding folding dividing screen for flexible teaching space.
MO/2026/00885: THE OLD DAIRY 5 GARDEN HILL WESTCOTT RH4 3GJ: Erection of single storey extensions, paved step free access from parking area at side and around to the rear, removal of chimney, renew roof to linked extension with single ply membrane roof entrance canopy, internal platform lift and landscaping to include terracing to the rear garden.
MO/2026/00888: POLESDEN LACEY HOUSE POLESDEN ROAD BOOKHAM RH5 6BD: Erection of timber pod to be located by existing toilet block to house Changing Places toilet facility.
