Mitchells & Butlers intends to submit a planning application to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for Full Planning Permission under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) in respect of the above property. The proposed development comprises:
“External alterations including the formation of a new patio area, installation of festoon lighting, reconfiguration of the car park, and associated refurbishment works.”
In advance of the submission of the planning application, details of the proposed development, including plans showing the proposed works, are available for inspection.
