NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000514/26 – Alterations & construction of single storey orangery style extension, in lieu of existing conservatory to rear of existing dwelling at Glan Y Wern, Well Street, Trelawnyd. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

LBC/000515/26 – Listed Building Consent for proposed new shop front, repairs to existing front windows and replacement windows to the rear at 27, High Street, Holywell. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

FUL/000516/26 – Construction of detached single storey garage/storage building ancillary to existing hospitality business at Eagle & Child Inn, Lon Capel, Gwaenysgor. (This development affects the special character or appearance of a Conservation Area).

FUL/000335/26 – Application for Variation of Condition 2 & 13 following Grant of Planning Permission FUL/000003/23 at Fron Deg, Clayton Road, Mold. (This development affects the special character or appearance of a Conservation Area).

LBC/000484/26 & FUL/000478/26 – Listed Building & Planning Applications for conversion of part of the ground floor and upper floors to form 8 apartments (Use Class C3), subdivision of the existing ground floor retail unit to form 3 retail units (Use Class A1), and associated external alterations and installation of 8 no. electrical meter boxes at 1-3 Wrexham Street, Mold. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

FUL/000531/26 – Resubmission of application FUL/000111/26 withdrawn. Change of Use of agricultural building to dwelling. Single storey rear extension to replace existing outbuilding. Single storey rear extension to replace existing lean-to. Two storey rear extension at Tan Y Foel, Rhes-Y-Cae, Holywell. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).
