26/00825/LBC COFFINSWELL - Daccombe Mill, Coffinswell. Replacement of all external and internal render, internal works, new door opening on west elevation and replacement of all modern windows with matching windows and works to chimney.

26/00937/LBC CHUDLEIGH - Mistletoe Farm, Warren Lane. Retention of works to Mistletoe Cottage to include new air source pump, internal works, external replacement of waste pipes and power cables and windows to be repaired.  Work to the attached barn to include replacement roof and addition of edged timber boarding.
