Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the following reasons set out below:

Location: Waterhales Farm Horseman Side Navestock Essex CM14 5ST

Proposal: Variation of Condition 2 (Development in accordance with drawings) of application 25/00715/FUL (Conversion of Existing Barn into a Single Dwelling) to change a window to a door and insert a new window in the rear elevation and alter the front elevation windows.
