Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

26/0832/HSE/MT: Garden Cottage, Summerhouse Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8DL. Front boundary works to include new vehicular access, dropped kerb and vehicular hardstanding with associated gate / fencing, repair and extension to existing brick boundary wall and associated soft landscaping. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.

26/0811/LBC/KSE: Greenlands, Common Lane, Radlett, WD7 8PH. Repair to front elevation following vehicular impact damage. Reason: Listed Building.

25/1463/FUL/LP: Land To The South East Of Electricity Station, Hilfield Lane, Aldenham. Construction of a new permanent access road and bellmouth onto Hilfield Lane; two bunds utilising excavated material from construction; and associated drainage, together with a landscaping scheme, and a biodiversity net gain (BNG) strategy (revised plans received relate to amended red edge / site access / internal access changes / and associated landscape changes). Reason: Major Development & Affecting the setting of a Listed Building within Conservation Area.

26/0777/HSE/KSE: The Studio, Hilfield Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8PF. Construction of single storey outbuilding. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/0789/ADV/BKA: 70 Watling Street, Radlett, WD7 7NP. Installation of 1x externally illuminated fascia sign, 1x projecting sign and 1 x window graphics. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/0785/HSE/MT: 10 Loom Lane, Radlett, WD7 8AD. First floor rear extension. Conversion of loft to habitable space to include rooflights and rear dormer. Conversion of garage to habitable space to include replacement of garage door with windows. Alterations to front facade including new bay windows. Alterations to front entrance doors and construction of front portico. New brick slip facade, alterations to fenestration and remodelling of entrance steps. Construction of single storey outbuilding, removal of existing swimming pool enclosure. Construction of detached double garage with green roof. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/0775/HSE/VMO: 3 Summerhouse Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8DL. Installation of steel gates to front boundary. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/0798/HSE/LR: 20 The Rose Walk, Radlett, WD7 7JS. Part retrospective application for the conversion of the integral garage to habitable accommodation with skylight, including the replacement of the garage door with a window and door, and the proposed erection of a single storey ancillary outbuilding. Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
