In accordance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972, Thanet District Council gives notice of its intention to dispose of two small parcels of land at The Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie, The Parade, Birchington CT7 9QP, which is adjacent to public open space.
It also gives notice of its intention to dispose of the Coach House, Northdown Park, Margate CT9 3TP, which is adjacent to public open space, via long leasehold.
The overall size of the two pieces of land at The Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie is approximately 92 square metres. A plan that identifies the location is available to view online at: https://shorturl.at/eQObS
The overall site size of the land at the Coach House, Margate, is approximately 640 square metres. A plan that identifies the location is available to view online at: https://shorturl.at/GB71c
A plan that identifies the location of each of the proposed disposals is also available to view at the Gateway Plus, Cecil Street, Margate, CT9 1RE.
