LETTING OF OPEN SPACE LAND – NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Redcar and Cleveland is considering granting a licence agreement of circa 122 square metres of land at Guisborough Street, Eston.
A plan identifying the area of land is on deposit at South Bank Library, Normanby Road, South Bank, TS6 6TD and may be examined there during normal office hours. Any objections to the proposed agreement should be made in writing to the Strategic Assets Manager, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Strategic Assets, Seafield House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1SP before Wednesday 5th August 2026.
