What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
26/0095/FH - Land Adjacent Lime Tree Cottage, Canterbury Road, Selsted - Change of use of land and siting of 2 No. purpose built shepherd’s huts to be used as holiday lets.
26/0929/FH - Norrard, 8 Godwyn Road, Folkestone, CT20 2LA - Erection of 1.5 storey detached dwelling.
26/0970/FH - Flat 2, 35 Augusta Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2RT - Installation of rear balustrade (retrospective).
26/1002/FH - Willows, Seabrook Road, Hythe, CT21 5QH - Front Dormer, loft conversion, alterations and extension of existing dropped kerb.
26/1051/FH - 12 Cheriton Place, Folkestone, CT20 2AZ - Listed Building Consent for provision of refuse storage, repair works to windows & external joinery, internal joinery, remedial works to render, front door & surround, structural works to floors, ceilings & window openings, installation of stud partitions, drainage, ventilation & fire safety equipment.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
