Proposal: Installation of 5 no.new steel frames to support existing balconies to block of flats and new balcony to replace 2nd floor failed balcony to west elevation

Planning Application affecting Bury Town Centre Conservation Area

Location: 11-13 The Rock, Bury, BL9 0JP

Proposal: Reconfiguration of shopfront to include new access door, window and installation of new fascia

Applicant: Luxury Leisure Ltd

Application Number: 73148
