I give notice that BSR Energy Limited is applying to Uttlesford District Council for planning permission UTT/26/1302/FUL for: Proposed ground mounted solar PV array together with associated infrastructure, security fencing, CCTV, private and DNO substations, perimeter fencing, 132kV DNO HV compound, landscaping and on-site biodiversity net gain.

This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES).
