REASON FOR HEARING

Appeal Appletree Farm Cressing Limited (In Administration), relating to the application to Braintree District Council for:

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved plans) and 18 (Affordable housing) of approved application 22/02600/VAR granted 23/12/2022 (as amended by 23/01956/NMA and 23/01602/NMA on 23rd December 2022) for: S73a variation of condition application for the erection of 77 residential dwellings with associated open space, landscaping, amenity space, car and cycle parking and other associated works including the variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans); Condition 3 (Materials); Condition 6 (Contamination); Condition 8 (CMP); Conditions 9, 10 & 11 (SUDS); Condition 14 (CEMP); Condition 16 (Refuse & Lighting); Condition 18 (Hard Landscaping) of application 18/00920/FUL granted 13/02/2020 for the: Demolition of existing buildings on site and erection of 78 residential dwellings with associated open space, landscaping, amenity space, car and cycle parking and other associated works.

Variation would allow amending the tenure plan by providing 16 affordable housing units and removing the requirement to submit an M4(2) certificate for the unbuilt 15 units.
