NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION IN RELATION TO AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED))

I give notice that Shipton Limited, 5-7 Grosvenor Court, Foregate East Street, Chester, Cheshire, CH1 1HG has submitted further information in relation to the environmental statement for the planning application for: Partly retrospective winning and working of mineral, extraction of previously deposited materials, foundations and in-ground structures; partly retrospective restoration using imported inert infill material; installation of a wheel spinner and associated office; and retrospective additional LGV and staff parking areas at Shipton-on-Cherwell Quarry, Bunkers Hill, Shipton-on-Cherwell, Kidlington, OX5 3BA.

The application was made on 13 June 2023. You may view a copy of the application, supporting documents, the environmental statement and the additional information from 2 July 2026 online at http://myplanning.oxfordshire.gov.uk using reference MW.0077/23 and also at Oxfordshire County Council, Economy and Place, County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND at all reasonable hours by prior appointment until 1 August 2026.

NOTICE consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by the Council’s Planning & Regulation Committee (Only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision).
