f) Variation of Condition 6 (approved plans) of planning permission 23/02450/VAR (Variation of Condition 5 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 23/00338/PLF (Erection of a two storey extension and single storey extension to front, single storey extensions to side and rear, construction of hip to gable extensions to either side and construction of dormer to rear to create additional living accommodation at first floor and installation of fence (maximum height 1.8m) and gates (maximum height 2.0m) to front boundary) to allow construction of dormer to front and repositioning of gate) to allow for addition of parapets to the two gables at 41 Davenport Avenue Hessle HU13 0RN (Ref: 26/01359/VAR)

Proposals (c,e) affect the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (b,e) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
