Application Reference No: C/14/59B From Mrs V Foster for Householder planning permission for demolition of existing gable bay window and construction of new single storey side extension including placement of inset solar panels on garage roof and new air source heat pump at Colton Coft, Main Street, Burnsall.

Works to a Listed Building Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990

Application Reference No: C/46/181C/LB From North Yorkshire Council for Listed building consent to reconstruct the 9,000 mm section of parapet demolished following the recent vehicle strike, which will require a mixture of original and new stone and to repoint approximately 103 m2 of the bridge at Kettlewell Bridge (1180), B6160, Kettlewell, Skipton (GR:396765,472221).
