APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed Development at: Arcow Quarry, Helwith Bridge, Horton-in-Ribblesdale, (GR:380280,470540)
Take notice that: Tarmac Trading Limited and Tarmac Roadstone Holdings Limited is applying to The Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority for planning permission for:
Full planning permission (Major) for the extraction of further stone resources within the current planning boundary, reworking and steepening of the older south-west faces and haul routes to laterally expand and deepen the current quarry void, along with the extraction of remaining permitted minerals, mineral processing, stocking and export of products by rail and road, the export by rail of mineral imported from Dry Rigg Quarry and revised restoration and aftercare.
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA):
The proposed development is accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES) as part of an Environmental Impact Assessment.
The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the Environmental Statement, and other submitted documents:

- Via an electronic link to the planning application with supporting documents, including the ES and Appendices (Volumes 1 and 2) and Non-Technical Summary, free of charge following an email request to dickinsonplanning.co.uk.
- A hard copy of the planning application and supporting documents, including the ES, is available from Dickinson Planning Limited following receipt of a written request along with a cheque for the sum of £360 including VAT.
