Hampshire County Council has received amendments to the application for planning permission for:
Phased extraction of soft sand and sand and gravel, and mobile welfare facilities with temporary staff parking, with subsequent restoration using in situ material and inert materials and soil forming materials (amended description) (Application No.24/00748/HCC)
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Following the submission of a Planning Application on 10 April 2024 to which EIA applies, notice is hereby given that the further information has been provided to Hampshire County Council in respect of Need, Alternatives, Ecology, Landscape, Water, Transport, Noise, Lighting, Cultural Heritage, Public Rights of Way, Cumulative Impacts and other minor plan amendments and clarification. The documents are on the Application tab and Environmental Statement Documents tab and are labelled RG25 with the date 22 May 2026.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted and the amendments with the application on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2022/0604 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from SLR Consulting Ltd, Treetwood House, Rowden Lane, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, BA14 9NU, at a cost of £100 for a paper copy or £5 for a copy on CD.
The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning website at the address given above.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about the application should make their comments online via the link above by clicking on "comment on this application" or by post to Development Management, Universal Services, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 2 August 2026.
