The following PROPOSALS are the subject of an application submitted to the Council.

Proposal Affecting A Conservation Area

26/01503/FPH - 17 Hodwell, Ashwell, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5QQ - Two storey side/rear extension and single storey side extension following demolition of existing garage/workshop and removal of chimney. Covered front porch and alterations to fenestration. Installation of vehicular and pedestrian gates, brick piers, brick boundary walls and timber fencing. Erection of detached shed, external rendering and cladding. Soft and hard landscaping works.

Proposal Affecting A Listed Building Or A Building Of Special Architectural Or Historic Interest

26/01474/LBC - Roe Green Barn, Roe Green, Sandon, Buntingford, Hertfordshire, SG9 0QE - Single storey extension to provide link between main dwelling and existing annexe.

26/01297/LBC - St Hughs Cottage, Luton Road, Cockernhoe, Luton, Hertfordshire, LU2 8PY - Part dismantle chimney stack (development already carried out) followed by rebuild (375mm) with brickwork finished in white painted lime render to match existing.

26/01497/LBC - 20 High Street, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 6AX - Internal alterations to facilitate change of use of first and second floors to 8 residential flats.

26/01496/FP - 20 High Street, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 6AX - Change of use of first and second floors into 8 residential flats.

The application details can be viewed on the Council’s web site at: www.north-herts.gov.uk/home/planning. Any person who wishes to make representations about the PROPOSAL should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
